Louise O’Mara

This nominee is one of three winners tonight that received a vote from all of the judges reviewing the respective categories. In a particularly challenging time for her clients’ industry, she has overseen exemplary performance. Her resilience in work and with the client bases she has advocated for during these turbulent few years, has been remarkable. Judges were particularly impressed by the strong commercial results shared. She has proved to be a trusted advisor and has pioneered and spearheaded her department by completing some of the largest deals during COVID. She is an expert in her field and is passionate about what she does. As a senior leader, she has used her influence to further her commitment to DE&I. This can be seen through her involvement with several companies as a board member, through her leadership position on diversity steering committees, and through her active involvement in support networks and groups for women. She is most certainly an inspiration to her colleagues and peers.
