Bank of Ireland Group
“Trailblazer”, “impactful”, “active”, “mentor”, “coach” and “all-rounder” have all been words used to describe this brilliant woman. She is someone that wears many hats every day and somehow does not seem to be slowing down. She has done outstanding work in creating a culture of mentoring and career coaching within her sector. She is a co-founder of an impactful committee and a member of other committees, which focus on peer mentoring for all professionals across the sector. She does all of this while running her day job in banking transformation. She chairs learning programmes on business agility and has done tremendous work to support agile working within the organisation. She is a real firecracker with infectious passion for what she does and works tirelessly to make both the working world and the real world a better place. With her fund-raising efforts for Women’s Aid and with her generous provision of free educational videos on emotional wellbeing, she is making sure that we are all taken care of. It is our honour to present her with this year’s Woman of the Year award.
