DEI Initiative of the Year
‘Evidence of impact’ were the key words shared in the feedback from our judges. This year’s DEI Initiative of the year did just that. Judges were impressed by the extensive statistics presented to show progress, tangible impact, the ability to scale (globally) across customers and external organisations, retention and promotion of diverse professionals, an active commitment to diversity in all age groups, and the overall proof of ambition to leave a legacy. This organisation is doing a great job and is truly working towards building the pipeline for talent in financial services and technology. They are offering practical skills through mentoring and they are actively showing young girls non-stereotypical career paths, that our judges hope galvanises more girls to pursue STEM-related careers in their future careers.
