DiversityQ  is delighted to present the Women in IT Summit, Asia.

Today’s STEM industry remains largely male-dominated and while this might hold true for the rest of the world, according to a recent study done by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), women in Southeast Asia account for 32% of employment in the tech sector compared to the global average of 28%. The APAC region has made rapid progress in digitalisation, future-first strategies and tech-centric organisational culture, but the region still faces a multitude of challenges in diversity & inclusion.

This free-to-attend summit will address the top challenges and trends highlighted by the APAC IT community. Agenda topics will inform senior leaders of the of new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking that is happening across industries. We want to open your mind to possibilities, and arm you with the tips, tools and resources that can support your roles, teams and companies.

Join us on 26 October to hear from senior leaders across APAC who will explore the evolution of IT roles and tech for good, the changing landscape of company policy and flexibility, helping your team find their voice, and tips for diverse recruitment and retention of talent.

We invite all professionals to tune in, listen, learn and contribute. We look forward to seeing you there!

Following the Women in IT Summit, we will be hosting the Women in IT Awards Asia, celebrating advocates and role models across the APAC tech sector, from the efforts of entrepreneurs and start-ups to large corporate and industry champions.
