Male Ally of the Year

This year’s male ally of the year has invested great time and effort into designing new frameworks and initiatives to promote D&I across the organisation and externally. He is on a mission to ensure we all embrace equality to grow and develop diverse and balanced teams. He is responsible for 1,400 employees spanning over 37 nationalities residing in 5 countries, with the Ireland team boasting a 42:58 female:male ratio. He is highly respected for being an excellent people manager, problem-solver, ally and change catalyst. On top of his day job, he is a founding member and executive sponsor of the organisation’s D&I agenda, he is also the corporate sponsor for their Women Empowered affinity groups, and he has helped to launch their RISE initiative which is a program to support and mentor women. He is leading from the top and has shown our judges genuine commitment to the cause.
