Emerging with Impact - prioritizing real action in a post-pandemic world

DiversityQ is delighted to present the Women in IT Summit, Canada edition, taking place on October 25th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.

Diversity and inclusion conversations in the technology industry are no new thing; however, in many areas, movement on better representation has been stalling or even regressing. There is a distinct absence of women in tech leadership roles and a notorious lack of representation of people of color, workers with disabilities and those from the LGBTQ+ community, and COVID-19 was particularly damaging for marginalized professionals.

Diversity at all intersections is critical in tech, as it enables companies to innovate inclusively in a way that takes everyone into consideration, not just one section of society.

Since 2019, the Women in IT Summits, with their trailblazing team of tech experts and DEI advocates, have been discussing and educating on how we can put diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility at the core as we continue to develop revolutionary technology.

Our theme this year will aim to explore how organizations within the tech industry can prioritize real action and create maximum impact in a post-pandemic world.

We look forward to welcoming you.
